It all begins
with games.
Worlds that captivate you.
Ideas that keep you playing.
Discover what the One is capable of.

Our vision
Players become
creators.
Creating should be as accessible as playing. And just as much fun.
Try out an idea. Change a favourite game. Make something of your own. We want everyone to be able to help shape games.
Our mission
Game by game.
Idea by idea.
We build simple, efficient tools that turn existing games into new ones – or make your own ideas playable from scratch.
Engine by engine, game by game, we get closer to this vision. Together, these possibilities form One Studio.
The first examples
Play. Modify.
Create your own.

ONE_o1 · Omni
Shape the world around your idea.
Combine scene images with moving characters and interactive objects. Define where something happens and how the world reacts to it.
- Scene
- Assemble background, light and spatial layers.
- Interaction
- Place characters, paths and clickable objects.
- Content
- Add dialogue, tasks and sequences.

ONE_x1 · Physics
Decide what an impulse triggers.
Build a track, place obstacles and change how objects behave. Forces and collisions turn your arrangement into a challenge.
- Layout
- Arrange tracks, cushions and obstacles.
- Behaviour
- Tune speed, forces and reactions.
- Task
- Define goals and special game situations.

ONE_r1 · Runner
Design the next close call.
Arrange lanes, obstacles and extras along a route. Decide how speed and difficulty increase and when the next decision is due.
- Route
- Combine lanes, obstacles and sections.
- Speed
- Tune forward motion and escalation.
- Rhythm
- Distribute jumps, dodges and pauses.

ONE_p1 · Puzzle
Small change. Different game.
Design tiles and board. Decide which tiles belong together and what happens when you tap, swap or connect.
- Tiles
- Design shape, colour and surface.
- Rules
- Define groups, rows and connections.
- Feel
- Tune spacing, motion and reactions.
Now it's your turn
One tap.
And you're in the game.
Tap a group of matching tiles. Then change the board and the rules in the Puzzle Lab.

ONE_c1 · Cards
Give every card a job.
Set card values, combinations and turn rules. Add special cards that change familiar routines, and design how they look.
- Cards
- Define values, motifs and properties.
- Rules
- Define hands, turns and combinations.
- Twist
- Add your own special rules and card effects.

ONE_f1 · Fast
Get a clear idea up and running.
Combine a simple action with a fitting reaction. Add progress and extensions without building an entire spatial world for it.
- Action
- Define the core of your game idea.
- Progress
- Connect values, upgrades and rewards.
- Extension
- Add fitting sequences and modules.
ONE Studio
ONE ranges from physics, card and puzzle games to adventures, simulations and richly detailed strategy games. The lighthouse system ONE_o1 combines 3D graphics and interaction with AI-generated worlds and a lean browser runtime.
Users need no technical know-how: they can modify games they like directly in the same program – from a new look to a game of their own. Depending on the change, this takes only a few minutes. The result can be tried out, improved and published right away. Others can play these versions and develop them further.
Together with the other specialised ONE systems, ONE_o1 forms ONE Studio: a workshop for games, interactives and reusable game systems. The experiences created with it automatically carry the Play Create Own Interactive Badge, can appear in the ecosystem catalogue and connect to the Grid infrastructure from the very start.
Over the coming days and weeks, further releases will appear here. So it's worth checking back regularly and staying up to date.
